PTAC assigns a team of skilled personnel to each project consisting of:
• Contract & Project administrators
• Project managers and supervisors
• Quality & WH&S managers
• Skilled Auto Cad drafts people
• Commissioning team
Each project is assigned to a dedicated Project Manager, of whom will control the project from the start to Handover and then management the Warrantee process to the end of the DLP.
Design & Procurement
Our engineers will design and document the systems to suit our client’s requirements, the Buildings Code of Australia & relevant Australian Standards.
All equipment and selected contracts are double checked for compliance and capability.
Installation & Commissioning
PTAC utilises our service company wherever possible to carryout out pre-commissioning checks on all our projects.
The projects once checked, are then handed over to a certified commissioning company’s to carry out independent and detailed commissioning to optimise the systems performance.
Handover & Maintenance
Your dedicated project manager will supervise the commissioning services and document all the results, these results along with all relevant engineering manuals and system as installed drawings will be collated and handover in the form of a maintenance manual at handover of the project.
We also carryout out onsite training of all control systems on the project.
The maintenance is handed over to our independent service company, of which has the latest in house software to manage and control your new assets.
